Michael Williams joined Sunteck in 2007 as chief operating officer and general counsel. He has helped lead the company through a period of accelerated growth. Under Mike's leadership, Sunteck has grown through a rigorous devotion to sales, recruitment and an expansion of operational capacity, with a focus on constant process and results analysis.
Prior to joining Sunteck, Mike was with VEXURE, Inc. where he served there as general counsel and vice president of legal and business affairs from 2002 to 2006. Before that, he served in a similar capacity for Stonier Transportation Group beginning in 1996. Mike is a member of the Transportation Lawyers Association and spoke at their annual conference in Ft. Lauderdale in May 2009 regarding challenges and opportunities in the transportation brokerage industry. He received his law degree from the Thomas Cooley Law School, Lansing, Mich., with an honors, and a master’s degree in taxation from the University of Florida.
