Harry Wachtel has been our president and chief executive officer since 1997 and a director of our parent company, AutoInfo, Inc. since 2000. From 1992 to 1997, he served as vice president of sales and marketing for Pioneer Services, Inc., a third party, non-asset based transportation logistics provider. Harry has been instrumental in our strategic planning and emergence as a leading transportation company powered by a growing network of independent agents. William Wunderlich joined Sunteck in 1992 as our vice president - finance, became chief financial officer in 1993, president in 1999 and – in conjunction with the acquisition of Sunteck – became executive vice president in 2000. From 1990 to 1992, he served as vice president of Goldstein Affiliates, Inc., a public adjusting company. From 1981 to 1990, Bill was executive vice president, chief financial officer and a director of Novo Corporation, a manufacturer of consumer products. He is a Certified Public Accountant with a B.A. degree in Accounting and Economics from the City University of New York at Queens College. Mark Weiss is our executive vice president with direct operational responsibility for the agent network and served as a director of our parent company, AutoInfo, Inc. from 2000 to 2007. He started at Sunteck in 1997 as a national account executive. From 1994 to 1997, Mark served as a national account executive for Pioneer Services, Inc., a third party, non-asset based transportation logistics provider. Michael Williams joined Sunteck in 2007 as our chief operating officer and general counsel. From 2002 to 2006, he served as general counsel and vice president of legal and business affairs for VEXURE, in Jacksonville, Fla. From 1999 to 2002, Mike served in the same capacity for Stonier Transportation Group, a trucking and brokerage company. He received his juris doctor cum laude from the Thomas Cooley Law School, Lansing, Mich. and a master’s degree in taxation from the University of Florida, Gainesville. Mike has been a practicing member of the Florida Bar since 1995. David Less, CISM, CISA, CSM, joined us as chief information officer and vice president in 2008. He has 22 years of information systems, audit, and consulting experience working with global corporations. Prior to joining Sunteck, David was global director of IT audit and advisory services for CTG, Inc., a major information technology staffing, solutions and application management provider. Before CTG, he was senior vice president of IT audit services for CBIZ HarborView, Inc, and chief technology officer and an executive committee member at HarborView Partners, LLC. David's other corporate affiliations include MIS Training Institute, where he provided global IT training to all levels of management, internal auditors, and technology and audit professionals. Warren Cohen joined Sunteck in January 2008 as a Vice President of Distribution and Logistics. He brings more than a dozen years experience in corporate sales of various logistics services while working for national service providers like US Delivery, Corporate Express and CD&L. Warren's resume includes Vice President of National Sales for CD&L in their logistics group, National Corporate Sales Manager for Corporate Express and -- most recently -- National Sales Manager for Aeropoint Delivery Solutions. Russ Dixon has joined us as director of corporate marketing and communications in 2008. In his new role, he manages the company’s sales and marketing efforts directed at agent recruiting and support, as well as furthering the Sunteck brand within the shipper and carrier communities. Russ has an extensive background in logistics marketing, most recently serving as senior manager of marketing and communications with CEVA Logistics. Prior to CEVA, he held sales and marketing communications positions with VEXURE, APL/GATX Logistics and P-I-E Nationwide. Russ is a graduate of the University of North Florida. |
